Market Analysis

As one of the traditional agricultural countries in the ASEAN countries, Thailand has cultivated land area of 38% of the total land area. It is an important grain producing area in the world, and the cultivation of other cash crops is quite developed. However, with the development of Thailand's economic situation, labor shortage has become a key issue in agricultural production, which will inevitably lead to an increase in demand for agricultural machinery. Secondly, with the establishment of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, on the one hand, it facilitates China's export of agricultural machinery to ASEAN countries; on the other hand, it also enlarges the export volume of agricultural products of ASEAN countries, stimulates the agricultural development of ASEAN countries, thus strengthening the application of agricultural mechanization. With 80% of the population engaged in agriculture, Thailand enjoys the reputation of "granary in Southeast Asia", and is the only net food exporter in Asia and one of the world's major food exporters. Agriculture plays an important role in the economic and social structure of Thailand.
